How to request the deletion of your data from Growther Up AI. Requests are made by email.
If you received WhatsApp messages from a Company
- To stop receiving messages, reply "STOP" or "BAJA" in that conversation. The opt-out is immediate.
- To have your data deleted (name, phone number, messages and files), write to the Company or to [COMPLETAR: email de contacto] from any email address, stating the phone number you used.
- We confirm the request and delete your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
If you commented on or messaged a Company on Instagram
- To stop receiving messages, reply "STOP" or "BAJA" in that Instagram chat.
- To have your data deleted (Instagram username, comments and messages), write to the Company or to [COMPLETAR: email de contacto] stating your Instagram username and the Company's account. We delete it within 30 days.
If you connected an Instagram account
Instagram Automation → Disconnect deletes the access token immediately and pauses the automations. You can also remove access from Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites. To also delete the stored posts, comments and conversations, write to [COMPLETAR: email de contacto].
If you are a platform user
Ask your Company's administrator to remove you from the team, or write to [COMPLETAR: email de contacto] from your account email to delete it.
If you are a Company
Write to [COMPLETAR: email de contacto] from an administrator's email. Closing the account permanently deletes its contacts, conversations, files and settings.
